SILICON VALLEY—Womble Carlyle patent agent Chris Hall authored two recent articles for IP Litigator, a leading publication for intellectual property litigation practitioners.
The first article, “Opportunity for Equivalents in Claim Amendments,” ran in the Sept./Oct. 2015 edition of IP Litigator.
In addition, Hall authored “Case Law Arguments for ‘Abstract Ideas’ Rejection of Patent Claims” for the publication’s Nov./Dec. 2015 issue.
