COLUMBIA, MD.—Womble Carlyle attorney Mike Dow will speak on solar project development and financing at the annual Advanced Real Property Institute, a continuing legal education program sponsored by the Maryland State Bar Association. The program will be held on Tuesday, October 13, in Columbia, Md.
Dow will be joined on the panel with lawyers from the Howard County Office of Law and Constellation Energy.
Mike Dow concentrates his practice on public and project finance and is based in Womble Carlyle’s Baltimore office. He represents issuers, borrowers, lenders, underwriters and other participants in taxable and tax-exempt transactions for economic development, energy, manufacturing, transportation, athletic facility and health and higher education projects, among others. In addition, Dow devotes a substantial portion of his practice to structuring and negotiating energy efficiency and other renewable energy project financings.
