Womble Carlyle attorney Jason Hicks will lead a Clear Law Institute Webinar on “Managing Antitrust Risks in Internet Commerce.” The Webinar takes place at 1 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Jan. 11th.
In this webinar, Hicks will discuss the antitrust laws and regulations affecting online sales, pricing and distribution, including RPM, MAP and Robinson-Patman. Jason Hicks has experience litigating cases and counseling clients in a wide variety of matters involving federal and state antitrust laws, franchise and dealer protection statutes, unfair and deceptive trade practices, advertising laws and regulations, industry-specific trade regulations, contract disputes, business torts, and constitutional law.
