NEW YORK—Womble Carlyle is proud of its long association with Lex Mundi. That strong partnership was recognized recently at the 2014 Lex Mundi Leadership Summit and Annual Conference in New York.
Womble Carlyle won Lex Mundi’s Highest Level of Participation Award for firms with 201 or more attorneys in their respective jurisdictions (North Carolina is Womble Carlyle’s Lex Mundi jurisdiction, although the whole firm in all of its locations is the member). Houthoff Buruma of the Netherlands shared the award, while Germany’s Noerr LLP earned Second Place. The Highest Level of Participation Award recognizes and honors member firms for their participation in Lex Mundi events and programs. Mike Ray accepted the award on behalf of the firm.
At the same meeting, Keith Vaughan officially became Lex Mundi Chair for 2014-15. The event also celebrated the 25th anniversary of Lex Mundi’s founding.
