NEW ORLEANS—Womble Carlyle attorney Mark Henriques participated in a discussion on “Data Management, Records Retention, Destruction Considerations and Legal Holds” at the 2014 Association of Corporate Counsel Annual Meeting.
This program, which takes place Oct. 31st, will review how to manage a defensible records retention and data management program, considerations related to disposition of items that are not required to be kept by law or policy in the normal course of business and how to effectively manage legal holds when they come into play. Mark Henriques is a business litigation attorney who has successfully litigated cases involving fraud, unfair trade practices, class actions, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, and breach of contract. Henriques also has considerable experience in e-discovery and is a leader of the firm's Bulldox: Documents & E-Discovery Review Team. He practices in Womble Carlyle’s Charlotte office.
