BARCELONA—Womble Carlyle attorney Claire Rauscher gave a presentation on “The Panama Papers: A View from the United States” at the 2016 at the Europe/Middle East and Africa Regional Meeting in Barcelona for Lex Mundi’s Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
In her presentation, Rauscher spoke about the challenges of the U.S. Department of Justice using evidence that was stolen and privileged information from a law firm and made predictions regarding the focus of the investigation in the future.
The July 1st event was attended by 35 Lex Mundi partner lawyers from all over Europe.
