BALTIMORE—Womble Carlyle attorney Heather Pruger has been accepted into the Executive Alliance’s 2017-18 Effective Impact Mentoring Program, which is a highly-acclaimed, competitive, year-long program that is limited to a group of 8-12 participants per year who represent a variety of small and large organizations throughout the greater Baltimore area, and are selected based on their professional level of development and growth as emerging leaders.
In addition to providing individual mentoring and guidance and substantive professional skill development training, the Effective Impact Mentoring Program also provides participants with access to a network of emerging women leaders, executive women in prominent leadership positions, and the ability to participate in select Executive Alliance events and activities throughout the Baltimore region. Since its launch 20 years ago, more than 170 women have participated in the program.
Heather Pruger handles a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions and M&A, including technology transactions and licensing matters, private equity and venture capital financings, as well as general business/corporate matters. Her clients range from emerging companies to middle market businesses and include technology, cybersecurity and IT companies, government contractors, and professional services companies.
