The latest edition of “Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Court” (Fourth Edition, Thomson Reuters) features a chapter written by veteran litigators Mark Henriques and Jim Cooney. The chapter, titled “Information Technology Litigation” covers litigation involving software, hardware, robotics and similar technologies. Henriques is a partner in Womble Carlyle’s Charlotte office. A business litigator with significant jury trial experience, Mark also helps lead the firm’s e-discovery team. He also hosts Bulldog Bites, the firm’s podcast focused on providing in-house attorneys and corporate leaders with insight from their peers.
Cooney leads the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. He practices both civil and criminal law, including trial and appellate work.
