In addition to serving Silicon Valley clients, the Silicon Valley office provides access and relationships for all Womble Carlyle clients that have an interest in doing business in California.
The office focuses on intellectual property and patent matters related to the tech industry, including intellectual property protection and IP/patent dispute resolution. The office also has capabilities beyond IP/patent, including corporate and securities, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investment.
Our Silicon Valley team includes attorneys and patent agents with years of experience in Silicon Valley. Womble Carlyle’s Intellectual Property Group includes nearly 90 attorneys and patent agents.
