She spearheads international project finance transactions in developing countries. These projects are examples of the impact economy: “Doing well while doing good.”
Today, Jackie is a highly focused corporate finance partner, representing private equity companies and other institutional investors in the acquisition and acquisition financing of new portfolio companies and representing agent banks in syndicated loans. In addition, Jackie is one of the few lawyers outside of a national law firm who regularly represents U.S. Government developmental and export finance agencies.
Jackie’s diverse corporate finance practice principally falls into four categories: 1) representing lenders, including one U.S. government agency in international transactions, especially project finance, and a second U.S. government agency in export finance, 2) representing private equity companies and other institutional investors in financing the acquisition or ongoing funding of their portfolio companies, including senior and mezzanine facilities, 3) representing business clients of the firm in procuring and negotiating syndicated or other credit facilities and their ongoing compliance with such agreements and 4) representing lenders in syndicated credit facilities.
Any result the lawyer or law firm may have achieved on behalf of clients in other matters does not necessarily indicate similar results can be obtained for other clients.
