Jeff’s skill set also allows him to efficiently analyze and resolve patent infringement claims, especially, patent claims by non-practicing entities (NPE’s) asserting software and business method patents. He writes and speaks frequently about how businesses can be proactive in anticipation of patent troll claims.
He has worked extensively with clients in the software, financial services, banking, insurance, information technology, e-commerce, publishing, building supply, printing, apparel, furniture and textile industries.
