Mason is trial lawyer who defends clients across the country in the propane gas, agricultural products, and construction industries. He has experience working with clients “on the ground” in the aftermath of catastrophic events, often those involving serious injuries or fatalities. He frequently defends clients against OSHA citations and civil claims resulting from workplace accidents and fatalities. Mason takes the time to understand his clients’ products and lines of business, and consults with the country’s top scientific and engineering experts to help deliver the best results in each case.

Mason received a B.A. from Furman University and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he served on the North Carolina Law Review. He volunteers his time to a number of community organizations, particularly the North Carolina Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Contemporary Art Museum of Raleigh.
