Mason is a trial lawyer who defends global clients in OSHA, product liability, mass tort, and construction litigation matters. He has experience working with clients “on the ground” in the aftermath of catastrophic events, often those involving serious injuries or fatalities. He frequently defends clients against OSHA citations and civil claims resulting from workplace accidents and fatalities.

Mason received a B.A. from Furman University and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he served on the North Carolina Law Review. He volunteers his time to a number of community organizations, particularly the North Carolina Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Contemporary Art Museum of Raleigh.
