Emily’s law practice focuses on preserving and enforcing the rights of commercial lenders. Beginning her legal career in an economic downturn, Emily has quickly acquired expertise in:
- assessing and summarizing lender’s rights in multiple loan credit facilities
- identifying collateral and evaluating lender’s secured position therein
- documenting loan restructures and forbearance arrangements
- accelerating defaulted loans and conducting real and personal property foreclosures
Emily works primarily with Carolyn Wilson and Leighton Stradtman of the Atlanta Problem Loan Resolution Team within the Firm’s Capital Markets Practice Group.
